Fixes and updates are:

*Corrected Script Warning/Error Message that was appearing with
the HS WalkEfx Script. No Error or Warnings appear now.

*Updated ‘Object to Agent/Owner’ communication relay.
Object now sends an Instant Message to it’s owner to what
status the script is currently in (i.e ON/OFF).
